On December 31st, to celebrate the arrival of the new year, KYO offers to transport you more than 9,000 km from Montreal, with its special tasting menus.
Kyo’s crafted menu embraces the best of Japanese comfort food, but with an air of sophistication and more than a few surprises. Highlights include Tori Karaage (fried chicken with aioli), Hamachi Bibimbap (Korean classic prepared here with yellowtail), Negima Yakitori (chicken and leek skewer) and Okonomiyaki (Japanese crepe with flavourful seafood). Sushi by way of fresh sashimi, nigiri and creative maki options add colourful notes to the extensive menu.
