Kyo’s crafted menu embraces the best of Japanese gourmet food, but with an air of sophistication and more than a few surprises. Highlights of the Izakaya part of the menu include the smooth gindara saikyo yakila, a marinated sablefish, or the tasty beef sashimi. If you also enjoy sushis, you can try the moriawase, the chef’s choice of nigiris or sashimis, and for creative maki options that add colourful notes to the extensive menu.
